Data are available for the United States, states, counties, cities, and ZIP Codes, including those associated only with P.O. Boxes. City totals reflect the sum of standard ZIP Codes, i.e., those with geographic boundaries, plus P.O. Box-only ZIP Codes associated with the same city.

Modern Language Association (MLA) format or style is most commonly used for footnotes in the language arts, cultural studies, liberal arts, and humanities. MLA uses short parenthetical citations within the text that are linked to an alphabetical list of work cited at the end of the document.
